Abstract

The general objective of this work is to present the practical consequences in situations involving the presentation and legal interpretation of the EBTT career. And on a more specific basis, we initially describe the historical-political scenario of professional education, study the legislation and legal, practical and doctrinal content regarding the career of the EBTT teacher and finally elaborate an interpretative material on the subject, which adds better clarity and understanding of the federal teaching career in legal and practical terms. In the search for the development of the study, documentary research will be used to verify the effectiveness of the legislation in the practical contours arising from the performance in the EBTT career, as well as the method of procedure: historical/comparative or interpretative. The research will be carried out through the collection of data from legislation, jurisprudence and bibliographies that make it possible to develop and present an accessible interpretation of the career of EBTT professionals. Our intention is to go through the themes that about the analysis of legislation and perceptions of judgments that were present in this trajectory. In the end, we seek to highlight the importance of this discussion by describing and focusing on cases that allow viewing the countless doubts and discussions that are present about the teaching career of the EBTT, demonstrating the importance of the product being designed in a manual that is capable of helping the subjects. inserted in this professional area.
